I first want to start by praising and thanking Brandon Delpasand and his entire team for doing such an incredible job with my case. Thank you Brandon! This was my first time ever having to file a case with any employer and I didn't have a clue what to expect. Brandon from the very first form of ...communication we had, was very welcoming and attentive to any question or concern I might have had. I felt comfortable, informed and I felt reassured that I was in good hands. If I ever had a quick question about my case, I would reach out to Brandon and he would promptly get back to me to answer any questions I might have. If anything, he was better at getting back to me then I was to him and I'm so thankful for that. The entire process from start to finish, I felt like he gave me the best information and guidance that allowed me to ultimately make the best decisions to get the best outcome for my case. He was very patient with me and made sure I understood everything before moving on to any new ground. As I mentioned before, he is very welcoming and that really helped a lot, it being my first time working with an Attorney. My best advice and recommendation is, trust the process. The legal system on a "good" day, takes a long time for papers and motions to go through. You're just one cog in a really big machine. Be patient and let your team do what they do best! Trust that it's all being worked on, it's the courts that can make things drag, but rest assured everything is being handled perfectly by Brandon and his amazing team. Once again, as a first time experience of filing a case against an employer, I want to thank Brandon Delpasand and his entire team because I don't know how my experience could have gone any better.

Brandon was very helpful when it came to my injury case. He explained everything to and didn’t mind all the questions I had for him as well. I have never needed to hire a lawyer before, and I have heard some horror stories from friends about the legal process being a huge headache and pain. However, Mr. Delpasand was a lifesaver for me! I had no idea workers comp cases were so complex and stressful and I am so thankful for Mr. Delpasand a...nd his staff for all of their hard work and help throughout my case. From the first consultation and speaking with Mr. Delpasand, I felt as though I was in the best of legal hands. He was kind and easy to talk to, but also extremely thorough and detail-oriented. He was always very punctual with returning emails and calls and made me feel like I could count on him to stand up for me and drive my case hard. Even better, he was able to fight for and procure some funds for me that he was not getting a percentage of, which only further substantiated my notions that he was looking out for my best interests and not just my money.
