Marianna Nersesyan’s unique set of skills as a planner, administrator and litigator enable her to foresee possible problems that may arise from poorly drafted estate plans, and she helps her clients avoid those problems by drafting customized estate plans to meet each client’s individual needs. Marianna has extensive experience drafting Revocable Living Trusts, Irrevocable Trusts, Special Needs/Supplemental Needs Trusts, Pet Trusts, Life Insurance Trusts, Land Trusts, Wills, Guardianship Nominations for minors, Powers of Attorney, Healthcare Directives and other ancillary documents

In addition to estate planning, Marianna represents clients in contested and uncontested probate matters, conservatorship and guardianship nominations, terminations and accounting.

Marianna Nersesyan obtained her Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern Law School. While in law school, she worked for the Los Angeles County Counsel’s Office, Probate Division, Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office, and was a judicial extern in the United States Bankruptcy Court.
