Jessica Dominguez

Jessica Dominguez is a phenomenal immigration lawyer. Almost immediately when we first spoke to her she got right on the topic, took the time to explain what type of punishment my wife had received and went over our options. I recommend Ms. Dominguez and her remarkable team.  My wife had recently ...received a 10 year ban after her visa interview. Unfortunately, we previously had an immigration attorney who wrongly instructed us that her case was simple and there was no reason for her to get denied. Foolish of us for not getting a second opinion on our case. Anyways, after the incident, we spoke to numerous immigration lawyers and most of them explained it was a very difficult case and it was better off just letting it be.  It was the darkest time of my life. I truly felt like my life was over. My wife is my life and having to face this unprepared had really affected us. My wife was losing hope and started talking about starting over in a country she can’t even recall. But my sister in law kept hope, and continued to help me look for other options. A kind client of Ms. Dominguez reached out to us to give us her information. And from there she became our light for these dark times. Definitely great costumer service and professionalism. Communication is key and this is definitely something Ms. Dominguez and her team are great with. Yesenia, who is her paralegal she is just exceptional. My wife hardly had signal in her country, the best way to communicate was either through emails or WhatsApp. Yesenia would always reply right away to her emails. She would always work with everyone’s schedule, she is just amazing overall.  Attorney Andrade took the time to prepare my wife for her second interview and was very patient with her.  Mindfulness is also something this great team offers. Ms. Dominguez would have zoom meetings with not only my wife and I, but she always wanted to include our family overall. She would keep us updated and explained everything to us. She even took the time to speak to my mother in law, who only speaks in Spanish to explain everything to her. Yesenia would and still checks in on us. She called every other hour to check our case when we were in customs. Attorney Andrade even checked in on us when we finally went through customs late that night.  Empathy is a skill you should always have in mind when looking for a lawyer. Anyone can tell Ms. Dominguez and her wonderful team do all this from their hearts. They truly care about every case, they just don’t see us as another immigration case. But people, families who are separated unfairly. Humans that are suffering. Every time we spoke to Ms. Dominguez and her team, we had more hope and could see the light at the end of the tunnel.  Now my wife is here with me in the states, enjoying time with our family. We know this fight is not over yet, and we will continue to fight. I know for sure we have Ms. Dominguez and her team’s support.

Her team represented my sister after receiving a 10 year reentry ban due to very significant mistakes made by a different attorney... firm. Every single attorney that we consulted before coming across Ms. Dominguez said that there was nothing that could be done. I thank god every day for Jessica and her team because they made the “impossible” possible and got us through this rough time for our family. My sister is now home with us on parole. The rapport and guidance was outstanding at all times. They were prompt, timely and open for calls and quick updates. They worked through all of the questions and issues on this case as they arose. My mama decidió ir con esta abogada por toda la fama que tiene en la tele. Para poder hablar con ella pagamos una consulta de $150. Nos dijo que ella personalmente nos ayudaría y metería nuestra aplicación lo más pronto posible. Nosotros con trabajo y esfuerzo llevamos toda las cartas y evidenci...a que nos pidió, esperamos meses para que nos regresará la llamada si ya había revisado la evidencia. Me canse de llamar a su oficina y solo su secretaria contestan y nunca saben decirte que onda con tu caso. Después pasan más meses y por fin le llega a mi mama notificación de ir a tomarse sus huellas y de su entrevista para su residencia. Hacemos una cita para ir aver a la abogada y el día de la cita no era JESSICA DOMÍNGUEZ ella solo le dio nuestro caso a otra abogada porque ella no va a ninguna cita con sus clientes. El día de la cita en immigracion nos dicen que todo está bien pero que la aplicación médica está vencida y necesitamos la applicacion más reciente! La abogada no pudo revisar bien los documentos que todo estuviera al corriente antes de submitir. tuvimos que pagar otra vez para que el doctor llenara la applicacion correcta. Esta oficia no es professional. Solo estafan a la gente con sueños de ajustar estatus y cobran muy carro solo porque tienen fama en la tele. Está abogada me da lastima. Porfavor busquen un abogado que sea sincero, honesto y sobretodo que tenga experiencia!!!

Yo contraté está abogada porque sale en la tele y pensé que era una persona honesta que en verdad se preocupa por nuestra gente immigrante. Pero la realidad es que solo es puro show en frente de las cámaras. Después de que la contratas ella no contesta ninguna llamada, solo sus secretarias contest...an los teléfonos y no saben cómo responder mis preguntas. Espere 4 meses llamándola y nunca me regreso una llamada. en todos esos meses mi aplicación nunca fue sometido y mejor tuve que buscar otro abogado que en cuestión de una semana metió mi aplicación. Está señora solo ayuda a la gente cuando están las camaradas encendidas.
