Gregory Scott Emerson

In October of 1999 I was a police officer with Chino P.d. One night while on patrol I went to assist a fellow officer on a foot pursuit. Turned out the officer did not know what he was doing! he sat a suspect down did not search him for weapons and had him sit down I arrived and wanted to pat him dow...n for officer safety. However the suspect said some explicts and tried to stand up. I pushed him back down. The other officer then came running and told me to back off? He then called supervision and they without hesitation started there witch hunt to make an example of me. I never did fit in there good old boy department having come from the great police department L.A.P.D. better training better cops! Long story short I had an Greg work under this experienced attorney Greg was only an attorney one year but knew more about my case then I could have imagined! I fired the experienced attorney and went with the rookie. Well with his burning desire and guts!! He fought like hell and won the case. Everyone sad I was crazy for selecting him with only one year under his belt. They were all wrong and if I had to do it over I would want him by my side in court.
