Mismanagement of case
I went to Ms.Ribas to assist with a landlord tenant issue she always made conversations long, did unnecessary research and her emails were too lengthy. I requested on several occasions for her to shorten her responses however that never happened. I was charged $5,000 and received nothing in return....

This matter does not sound familiar as we have not charged $5,000 for any LL/T matter, and in the most recent LL/T case we handled (total properly itemized billings just over $4K ) the client not only side-stepped an Unlawful Detainer action, the family also received over a month's additional time to find a new home, free rent for a month and a half, and the security deposit returned. We strive for the utmost client satisfaction in every case. Please contact me directly to discuss your specific concerns."
