“Horrible experience with this law firm” I do not trust or believe anything about this Lawyer. Unfortunately people like him should not be practicing this profession. For all his facts in my case it should be disciplining. On My first day in court I filed alone. He told me to tell the judge that h...e would be at the second hearing which he never appeared in. He is not a trial expert. He dropped my case without notice. At the end he told me that my case was complicated and that "McDonald" had many lawyers and he did not want to continue my case. You wasted over 2 years of my time and now I most likely have to pay for medical procedures. “Be careful with this law firm” and don't be the next victim.

My son was a minor when he was involved in an accident. He told my son that his statute was coming up and needed to settle (accept what they were offering) or sign a letter that he typed up saying that we were fully aware that after May 2015, we were waiving all rights to file a lawsuit against the r...esponsible party. Come to find out, a minor has 2 years from his 18th birthday to file a lawsuit against the responsible party. Mr Shamsi told us differently and misguided us. I took the police report and the letter he made us sign to another attorney who clearly said Ms Shamsi was in the wrong.

I had to use Mr. Shamsi in a couple of cases and I have to tell you that in my case Mr. Shamsi was very courteous in taking my phone call himself and not his secretary. He invited me to his office and listen to my case , took notes and furthermore, he gave me some choices as to how my case should b...e handled. In short Mr. Shamsi won my case which it had to do with my little daughter and her school. He also made sure that the money we received was paid in a timely matter, and also the money was invested for the little one till she is 18 years of old in a proper account which bears interest .
