Heather Rozzo has years of experience handling employment-related disputes, family law matters, as well as contract and regulatory issues relating to car dealerships and vehicle tranactions.

She previously practiced before the Department of Industrial Relations, EEOC, the Department of Fair Employment and Housing, as well as in the Fresno Superior Court. Ms. Rozzo has been extremely successful in both gaining large verdicts against and in defending major Fresno Employers in litigation and mediation.
Ms. Rozzo is a Fresno native, born and raised. She earned her Bachelor's degree from the University of California, San Diego, and her law degree from the University of Wyoming College of Law.She previously practiced before the Department of Industrial Relations, EEOC, the Department of Fair Employment and Housing, as well as in the Fresno Superior Court. Ms. Rozzo has been extremely successful in both gaining large verdicts against and in defending major Fresno Employers in litigation and mediation.
Since graduating law school, Ms. Rozzo has worked as a Family Court clerk, jury clerk, and law clerk, and has served several judges while living in the state of Hawaii. She was also one of the founding partners of the Law Office of Kirkland and Rozzo, where she successfully litigated several high-profile Landlord-Tenant and Employment cases. Ms. Rozzo formerly practiced Family Law and is knowledgeable about divorce, child custody, child support, and marital-related property issues.
Before attending law school, Ms. Rozzo was a workers' compensation insurance adjuster for SCIF, and has worked for various county, state, and federal government agencies, including the Department of Social Services and the US Army Corps of Engineers.
