I needed to file a California Lemon Law claim due to an unreliable Chevy Volt that I purchased n...ew. I contacted Stepanyan Oganesyan through their website and they got back to me very promptly. All of my communication was with Ellen Oganesyan. Throughout the whole process they were very professional, efficient and responsive. They evaluated my case initially very quickly, and before I signed an agreement with them to represent me, they provided very clear information on what to expect both over the phone and in writing. No surprises. They were very quick in submitting the claim to GM, and in communicating with me all along the way as GM responded, and as they need more information or forms from me. I asked Ellen Oganesyan for a copy of the initial demand they filed with GM, and upon review (admittedly non-expert by me) was impressed at how thorough and forceful they were in supporting the claim. In any case, it worked and I got a very favorable settlement in way less time than I would have expected. They also settle up with me very promptly once they receive the check from GM. No hassles with this law firm at all. I have no hesitation at all in recommending Ellen (and her firm) wholeheartedly to anyone who needs help with a lemon law issue, and would expect that their excellent service extends to the rest of their practice as well.
