He then transitioned into high-level public service, serving as a Legal Assistant to a Deputy Attorney General at the California Department of Justice (Office of the Attorney General). Under the guidance of the state’s prosecutors, Gurgen assisted on high-exposure, complex public interest cases, learning exactly how the state’s highest law enforcement office structures massive litigation and conducts thorough investigations.
