Lazy and incompetent
She said she reviews all documents but when started to talk about I realized that she hadn't read them. She is incompetent too. She has some kind of weird logic. It's a curse to work with her.

horribly rude and incompetent
She literally laughed during our initial consultation call and rudely questioned my motivations for seeking any legal help.
