Take pictures, submit to court, make your argument. The Judge decides if you cannot agree.
At some point you got sued right? Did you defend? That's the key to this whole thing.
I highly recommend that you get an attorney.
If your attorney knows the trustee well enough, you may also be allowed to structure the Chapter 7 in a way that is acceptable to the trustee.
If your judgment has attorneys' fees involved then you may be able to get someone to pursue this just for his own fees.
