Case dismissed
My public defender Mr. Semererjian put in a file for my case to be dismissed on the grounds of lack of complaining witness in which was granted today at 2/1/2023 at 8:30 this morning in Kern county courthouse.

Dui reduced to reckless driving
My lawyer help me get a dui charge get reduced to just reckless driving due to speeding but when I could’ve been charged with a full dui because I did have a little to drink.
