Biography
If I am your attorney, you have my promise that I will personally work on your case and give it the highest level of attention possible. I have an excellent staff, but there are many things that must and should be done by only an attorney. That is why I am extremely hands on, and I think about my cases 24/7. My office and I will not only do great work, but we will do it quickly. No case is left behind. Because of a slow and congested court system, we file our cases right away, and litigate them as fast as the court will allow us. Not only does this speed things up, but I find that it yields even better results. I believe we move our cases along quicker than anyone in town. However, we also need to consider that some cases take longer to develop, and in those instances a little more patience is necessary.
When I am not working, which is rare, I am playing with my 2 boys, and/or rooting for the LA Kings and Denver Broncos. And, lest I forget, spending time with my wonderful wife.

Very Satisfied
Mr. Binder was responsive, informative, and always easy to access. He kept me "in the loop" as negotiations proceeded and sought my approval at each step. In the end, I was very satisfied with the settlement and the efforts of Mr. Binder in general.
