I've had, like many people, several attorneys over my professional lifetime in Los Angeles. A couple of them were, very good, one was not. Steven Tamer is amazing. As an attorney he had represented me (us) and my companies in several areas over the past 15 years, not just real estate. His ethics..., his integrity and his knowledge are all amazing. He genuinely cares, he's great in negotiating, in court and as a confidant. He's ALWAYS willing to help, his pricing is reasonable and his overall attitude is exemplary. Extremely intelligent, experienced, thorough and he genuinely cares.

I thought this guy would be great he took time to talk with me prior me hiring him. He created a sense of urgency and I hired him. Once he had my payment he put me off constantly, failed to keep appointments he made with me, took 4-6 days to return calls, cancelled 6 appointments he made with me, c...omplained constantly about me leaving messages when he failed to return calls. in addition he got material facts in my case wrong and I had to constantly review the documents he prepared and even spent over 20 hours doing my own legal research to make sure he covered all the points of law which apply to my case. At this point I have only 5 days left until my documents are due and he has still not done three of the four documents I need and paid him for almost two months ago. I'm extremely upset and appalled at his unprofessional and patronizing behavior. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
