Biography
Started in the mid-1970's as a business litigator, and in the early 1980's, I began to represent clients specifically in the environmental law field. My experience as a business litigator enables me to represent clients' interests in environmental matters not only in a transactional but also in an administrative or litigation context.
In addition to environmental law, I litigate matters involving eminent domain and franchise and trademark law. I also handle cases involving general business disputes.
