I was referred to Mr. Dargahi about three years ago for an automobile accident case. Before that case was over, I got involved in another incident and I referred that matter to him as well. He handled both cases to my satisfaction and I was really pleased with the results of both cases. His office al...ways called with important information about my cases. When he received settlement offers, he always called to explain the offers and to make sure I understood the offers. I have referred a fried of mine to his office already and I would not hesitate to refer my friends and others to him. I do highly recommend him.

I usually don't review professional services unless I have a strong opinion, so I'm gladly writing about my experience with Shawn Dargahi. I hired him on the recommendation of a colleague and was extremely pleased with his professionalism, quality of service, cost and responsiveness. My case was som...ewhat complicated and he was able to quickly unravel a difficult situation. The entire process took much less time than anticipated and he was very diligent at following up with me. I would highly recommend Shawn Dargahi. He gave me peace of mind knowing my case was in good hands.

I had a car accident about 2 years ago, I got hit and my car rolled over twice and became a total loss. A friend of mine recommended Shawn Dargahi to take care of my case. I contacted him and he accepted my request. It took him a year and 10 months to get the settlement agreement. He introduced me a ...chiropractor whom made my back problem even worse; I do regret it after all. I’ve never been updated about my case, never got any advice, and I was kept in dark about IT the whole time. I had to call him and his office several times to get some information. Since I have a good insurance coverage, I paid all of doctor bills myself except the chiropractor, who was recommended by SHAWN DARGAGHI. I endured cost of doctors that I went and I paid for hospital and emergency room. I'm certain chiropractor expense is a big part of the expenses list. My insurance could have covered all if he would have informed me of the cost. I still pursue my treatment by going to a new chiropractor and I was hoping that the settlement will compensate some of it. Finally, I got a call from him regarding the settlement which I had to sign and send it back. The amount was 38,000. I assumed after deducting some, I would receive at least more than half of it. Although based on original contract I supposedly would receive two third of the settlement, I received a check with the amount of 12,949 with no list of expenses, it left me in a total shock. He did not even bother to explain about my share, I was so outraged of his inconsiderate decision. When he sent me the settlement paperwork to sign he did not clarify on what I would receive neither any detailed report with the check. It was obvious from the beginning he didn't care about my case and after consulting with another attorney I decided to bear with them. I called Mr. Dargahi and he said he would send me the list of expenses on Monday and now is Monday night and no list yet. Of course I won't be able to compete with their knowledge in law and I'm sure that it would look "legitimate" too but I will show it to another lawyer. I trusted him and Due to my lack of knowledge in law I was betrayed. My only advice: DONT TRUST HIM WITH YOUR CASE, he is not on your side.
