I represent borrowers, privae lenders, buyers, sellers and brokers in boh general and sophisticated real estate purchase and financing transactions. I have been doning this since the 1970's. I also handle litigation relating to purchases and financing.

A number of my clients become involved in creatinve transactions, which has enabled me to broaden my ways of adderssing transactions.

I have been litigating real estate related cases in the State courts in Southern California since the 1970's as well.

My commercial clients often enter transactions in the form of limited liability companies. As a result, I review, prepare and modify operating agreements for these entities.

I have a B.A. in Economics from Northwestern University and a J.D. from UCLA School of am invlved in my college's alumni association and am a member of the American Bar Association. I have been married 42 years and have two children, both of who are attorneys. I live in the Hollywood Hills area of Los Angeles.
