I went through a horrible custody battle with my ex-wife that last 6 months, including false allegations of child abuse. The support, guidance, and fight from Scott was probably one of the greatest things I've ever witnessed, professionally. His final case was so well-written, so thorough and logica...l. We won every time we went to court and ended up settling out of court, saving even more money. If you want little emotion, but logic and reason, go with Scott, since that is all the courts really end up caring about. He was calm, collected, and have everything in order, every time.

I agree with the reviewers stating Debra Ravden and Scott Klopert only care about their pockets . As their client, I was nothing but an ATM . They were not interested in my case or how to do the job I paid them to do (tents of thousands of dollars) They didn’t care about protecting my children and or... me from my extremely abusive ex at court. They found a better use of their time: socializing in the court Cafeteria. It is more enjoyable and entertaining than discussing bringing justice to victims of domestic violence.

He's a nice guy, but like so many other family law lawyers tries to do too much for too many clients. He did nothing creative and would have bankrupted me had I not fired him and found someone better. He tosses you around from 1 associate to another who don't seem to give a rat's ass about you and ...your time. Awful experience.

Scott's no nonsense approach with me was fair and instrumental in my learning how to cope with an acrimious situation and approaching the court with common sense and composure ... This is especially important when opposing counsel and their client appear to be vacant of all professional, ethical ...and moral boundaries. People that (are not so nice like this) can really create an emotional and financial disaster for the other person (bummer - this on top of it - as you already are feeling like you've been thrown into a pit of acid). Obviously, it's so important to have the right person standing next to you in front of a judge. As well, one that is not just thinking about winning but one that is concerned for your child(ren) as much as you are. I did get kind of screwed financially but that was by no means Scott's fault but my own...That being - incidences beyond myself and the emotional impact it was wreaking on our child. So, I finally cried UNCLE!! Would I do the same thing again? Yeah, Probably ...haha yes! Anyway, how many people can you say actually like their attorney? I certainly haven't known many! Scott's a lovely guy - compassionate, smart, ethical and legally saavy - I'm glad he was on my side.
