You should go to the Public Defender's Office and discuss the case with them. Not clear whether you must do jail and there are other alternate...

That has to do with being pulled over by the police and suspected of dui. Unlikely to apply unless you are on felony probation as far as probation...

If he violated the terms of the bond The judge has the authority to change it. Sounds like the judge is set to give him some custody time as well.
