You are looking finishing what ever you were ordered to do and punishment for leaving. Hire a local attorney and you should be ok. Good luck

Well whoever the lawyer was at the time had to object. If nobody objected and the evidence came in then it's just too bad.

You can just ask on the record in front of the judge to represent yourself.

There is a minimum of 96 hours in jail on a second offense. You should contact experience DUI attorney based on the circumstances if your case.

Do judges deviate much from what prosecution recommends. Otherwise who would take a plea if judge just ignores it.

Most of the time the judges accept the plea deal. And less there's good some good reason not to accept it.

This is a question for your attorney. However I do not see how you would have to ask the judges permission if the DMV says they'll give it a license.
