In April 2013 I bought a brand new Scion FRS from the dealership. In the first couple of months my car was not driving right, so I went to the dealership and they said they took care of the problem, but in fact, did nothing. A few months later I went in for an oil change but was told it wasn't necess...ary because my car was running on synthetic oil. At about 8,000 miles I came back in because I had the engine light on. I was told there were multiple codes that they took care of. My car still felt like it was not running right and about a year later, my engine blew. I contacted Mr. Mobasseri after the dealer sold me my car "as is" but with a cracked and ruined transmission that they did not disclose. I tried to get my recompense from the dealer myself but was told it was not their problem. Mr. Mobasseri and his associates were very communicative throughout the p...rocess and kept me informed every step of the way. They were able to get the dealer to do what they should and pay for the replacement transmission. Let me start off by saying, I loved my Chrysler 200, it was a great car... until it wasn't. I tried working directly with Mopar, I really did, but eventually was told I would have to pay for the repairs and diagnostic myself when the car didn't even have 70k miles on it.
