The service we received from Mr. Lenz was more than my family and I expected from an Attorney. He was straight forward, truly looked out for our best interest, so professional, knowledgeable and trust worthy. We actually used him 3 times. The first time he helped us was to change title of my paren...t's house to my mom as sole owner as my father had passed. This in itself was difficult as the title read as "tenants in common" but Mr. Lenz did it. You see, when my parents bought their house they used co-signers and when the co-signers were removed or when they "quit claimed" the house that portion of the title was not updated. One day my husband was listening to the radio and a show caught his attention, I can't recall the name of the station. He recounted what he heard on the radio and so when he got home we went to their website and through there I was able to send an email, sort of to whom ever would respond. Mr Lenz was the one to respond and answered my questions. He was heaven-sent as I was planning to correct the title on my own with absolutely no knowledge of what to do. I had previously been quoted a price, a price almost 5 times that of what Mr. Lenz charged us. Mr. Lenz was honest and told me of how it would be since I was inexperienced. I talked it over with my siblings and agreed to use him. It was such a great experience that we used him again, as mentioned earlier. The second time we used Mr. Lenz was to create my mom's trust. And the third time my husband and I used him to create our trust. All along Mr. Lenz was ever so professional, knowledgeable and trust worthy. It's been 4 years or so and I still recommend him. As a matter of fact I just sent my friend his contact information, literally. Why did it take this long to write this review? Well because I wanted to make sure and give my friend the correct information and I ran into this website. Hence the review. Honestly I recommend Mr. Lenz to everyone and anyone needing an estate attorney.
