I s ... ubpoenaed the officer for the DMV hearing as well as audio and video recordings. The officer lied under oath at the DMV hearing resulting in no action taken by DMV against Mr. L's license. Because of the officer's dishonesty, the prosecutor dismissed all charges.

This was a DUI case with an additional allegation of a hit and run. Mr. P was a young man who got into an accident, got scared and left the scene. When he got home he had a few drinks. By the time the ... officers showed up they believed he had been drinking and driving and therefore arrested him.

Mr. T was charged with resisting, obstructing and/or delaying a peace officer (aka resisting arrest). Mr. T was on the property of his apartment complex hanging out with some friends and having a few d ... rinks. When Mr. T saw what he thought was a security guard from the complex walking towards him and his friends, he fled the area so that he wouldn't get into trouble with the management of the complex. It turned out that it was several deputies from the local sheriff's office. During trial the officers attempted to say that they announced who they were and that Mr. T fled. However, there was other evidence introduced showing that it was highly unlikely Mr. T would have heard this or have been able to see that these were law enforcement officers. The officers, when they made contact with Mr. T, beat him up pretty badly.
