So let me start off with the way this office will handle your case. It will take about a year and they will give you like a 3rd of your money. Secondly, the communication is absolutely horrible. I did an absolutely horrible mistake referring my parents to these attorneys after an accident. Not only w...ould they not answer the questions we asked, they would avoid calling back. Unfortunately, my parents signed off on a form they had prepared before my parents got their money. They spoke about numbers and were told they would get about 5k each from a 14k check for each of them. Well it turns out that the check the insurance actually mailed out was for 15k and 16k. They never spoke to my parents about this money. They only found out because the insurance sent them this information. It's very unfortunate to find out your attorney, the one you're supposed to trust will fraudulently take your money this way. Not to mention my parents never got the proper treatment or offered other treatment plans to deal with their injuries, besides cortisone shots to the spine. I feel so bad because at this point, I feel played too. I wonder how much was taken from me as well with my case, and I didn't even notice. It's horrible please avoid this office. Also, when you get upset they are not understanding or help you understand the charges and everything that was taken from you. They will literally laugh at you and avoid any type of accountability. Save yourself a headache and don't come here. Definitely avoid talking to Ingrid, the attorneys assistant.
