Joshua Steven Stein

Joshua S. Stein is a Litigation Associate with Lewitt Hackman and has been practicing law since 2021.

Mr. Stein has had over 10 years of experience in the legal field starting when he was just 17 as a file clerk and moving his way up to eventually becoming an attorney. After graduating Magna Cum Laude from Chapman University School of Law, Mr. Stein was among the first cohort to be admitted to the California State Bar during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Mr. Stein handles matters during all phases of litigation including complex high dollar value matters. Mr. Stein’s diligence and tenacity has resulted in obtaining favorable outcomes and in the process acquiring working knowledge of class action defense resolutions, handling complex law and motion matters, and has been instrumental in the overall ongoing success of his clients.

Mr. Stein earned his undergraduate degree from the California State University of Northridge (CSUN) in Sociology with an emphasis in Criminal Justice and a minor in Jewish Studies. Mr. Stein earned his law degree from Chapman University School of Law after accepting a highly coveted Full Merit Scholarship.

As a first-generation attorney from a family of immigrants, Mr. Stein’s personal characteristics include being socially relatable and highly compassionate while possessing a strong ability to effectively communicate with others. During Mr. Stein’s personal time, he enjoys traveling, cooking, playing baseball, spending time with family, hanging out at the beach.
