When initially the aerospace company refused to make any s ... ettlement offer, the matter proceeded to arbitration against the company. After prevailing in the liability phase before a three-judge Arbitration panel (3-0), the matter resolved the matter for $11.7 million, one of the largest non-confidential settlements on an individual matter for the year of 2011 in the state of California.
