I represent employers in all aspects of employment law, including representing them on wage claims before the Department of Labor, on harassment, discrimination, retaliation and wrongful termination before the Department of Fair Employment and Housing, and in state court. I advise HR departments and business owners regarding compliance with laws and provide sexual harassment training for managers.

I represent clients in business and real property litigation. I work with clients to resolve issues as quickly and efficiently as possible, with a focus on getting the desired result and staying within the clients budget. I have represented clients in partition actions, actions to quiet title, easement issues and issues relating to

I form corporations, partnerships and limited liability companys, and review legal documents relating to those entities. I also represent clients in business related litigation, including breach of contract, fraud, unfair competition, tenant/vendor/customer disputes and any other services that businesses require.

I represent landlords in unlawful detainer actions and other related issues with tenants.
