Jackson & Associates offers a free phone consultation to all potential clients. If after the phone consultation, the law firm believes it can help, then the potential client will be invited to fill out a Client Questionnaire; pay a $100 fee [for the firm to review the responses to the Questionnaire, prepare additional questions, if necessary, based on those responses and its research.]
Thereafter, if the potential client and Mr. Jackson wish to enter into an Attorney-Client relationship, they will fully execute a retainer fee agreement during a face-to-face meeting.
