John H. Mardoyan

I was being charged on 4 counts. Driving over the limit of 0.08. Hit and Run w/property damage. Suspended license, and having a B.A.C of .27. I clearly knew i was not the one driving. I pleaded not guilty in court and called an attorney. This is when i met John Mardoyan. He had helped me step by ste...p with my case. John followed up with me weekly,keeping me informed about the next court days and how my case was looking. Knowing that i had John on my side, i felt safe. Now i knew i can be at ease for a while, then court came.I spent more than 2 weeks in court because district attorney did not want to drop the charges when they knew they had nothing. They had brought in the 2 arresting officers,a dmv representative,the nurse who drew my blood, and the physician. All to testify against me to say i was guilty. John went ahead and filed a motion. A jury then was brought in. He then went through 50 people to find the right jury for the case. He had all the right questions for the jury and also the witnesses, which none of there answers had made sense, where there was no reasonable cause for me being arrested in the first place, my blood valve was not handled correctly, there was no need for the dmv representative to even be there, nor the physician. John asked questions over and over where they began to change the story and lie. John asked questions based off of witnesses protocol and what everybody was trained to do. District Attorney had offered me a deal which was: wet dui, with 3-6 months alcohol program , and 1 year probation w penalty/assessment fees. John directed me not to take it, based off the the information that he then obtained. The following day all charges were dismissed , and i was found not guilty on all counts.
