I was told by insurance company that they didn’t see a check for the amount I was told and that I was on the right track to suspect my settlement amount. I believe he shorted $25K. I had 2 cases and now suspect both of them. The chiropractor for the law firm is running the show there because he owns... the law firm. They issue you a check from the law firm and your never showed any paperwork from the client trust account. I was offered a settlement half of what the passenger sitting next to me was and they didn’t realize that I had epidural shots so I was suppose to have a new one offered but they came back to me with same amount again. There is something going on here and it’s not in my favor. My first case I was hit by a drunk driver on the freeway and they told me I only received $10K so I walked with $3K and I don’t believe that one either. I’m reporting suspected fraud . All they have to do is contact insurance company and I’m pretty sure they will see $75K for all passengers. I was ripped off. I’d bet my life on it. They must think no one will ask to see any legally biding paperwork.
