Took my money and did NOTHING!

Craig the liar Robinson delayed my case for over 2 years and didn't show up in court at critical times. I was remanded to jail for 64 days because he failed to show up, and failed to get me into rehab...which I didn't need! I had no addictions. My DUIs were in 2012 and 2013. I took the plea in 20...15!! My case was about bipolar meds. He asked me to meet him for my case and prep for trial; I called him 23 times in 6 months, and he never met with me! He refused to let me go to trial. He said my court time was cutting into his crossword puzzle (which he did in court waiting for my case, instead of talking to me). He lied about the plea. He said I could do jail time in Pomona for free and on weekends, he sends people there all the time; turned out it was an all-male jail!! How did he not know this??? He told me "live-in" was like a luxury resort spa...I could come and go as I please as long as I sleep there. Turns out it was a rehab facility! LIES. I wanted to fire him but his assistant told me my first case was dismissed...LIES. $7,500.00 I spent on nothing but lies and a no-show! I went to jail and lost my license for 4 years. I would have accomplished that without him and less the $7,500.00. Oh, and the judge had to call his office to make sure he shows up for the next date...and when he showed up, she yelled at him!

Nadia, we are sorry that you feel that way about our representation of your case.I believe some of your facts are inaccurate regarding the matter. The cases were delayed over a 2 year period because you were charged with 5 different criminal case over that time period. In your review you chose to only discuss 2 of them.Your multiply case situation created a complex legal matter so in your best legal interest it required us to prolong your matters so that you could receive the best possible outcomes for your cases while accommodate the courts calendar. You were not remanded to jail for 64 days because we did not show up to your case. You were remanded to jail because you failed to enter rehabilitation center as ordered by the judge as a condition of your release. We were able to get one of your cases dismissed ,two reduced to wet reckless and another reduced to drunk in public which eliminated you from going to state prison.I was personal present at all of your hearings in court.I may arrive late to a hearing and that is because I handle all my case myself. The court requires that i appear first on all felony matters and misdemeanors second, your cases were misdemeanors. With that being said I may have to be in Riverside County in the morning and Los Angeles county in the afternoon or vice versa. Even though you fell the outcome was not favorable, the results were excellent considering the facts of your cases, much of which were left out of your review. We are sorry the result was not what you expected. We are willing to make it right if you can please contact us at (800)506-0606.

Craig Robinson resolved me DUI case, finally found the right attorney. Craig is worth every penny.

I new I had to change lawyers, that's when I got referred Craig by another friend. The first time I went to Craig's office he told me straight up what he was gonna do, my goodness he did more in one day than the other lawyer did in 3 years. He never promised me nothing but he did promise to do the be...st he could and that's just what Craig did. It's amazing how he knows every step and the process is so easy with him, when you go to court you feel respected by everyone there. It's like going to the derby with the winning horse. The first lawyer , im not mentioning his name, was the horse with the broken leg, he drove me so crazy, he kept postponing the case for 3 to 4 years, he would then tell me you know I tried to cut a deal with the DA but they don't want to negotiate with me. I was getting desperate, I didn't want to lose my drivers license and have problems crossing the border to come to the USA being from Mexico. Anyways to summarize this story Craig took 11 months to get me off my DUI. Everything he said he did it. For example get the arresting officers version, all evidence, transcripts and so on. Craig did more action than talk. The final day in court was actually relax and straight forward exactly like Craig had described it. Thank you again Craig your a true professional, honest, genuine and hard working. You were worth every penny.

DON'T EXPECT CRAIG TO REPRESENT YOU WELL

Craig was hired for a DUI case, solely because of a defense strategy he offered which I hadn't heard. However, he never stayed in contact with me, did not return calls or emails, and had someone else (not even an attorney best I can tell) conduct the DMV hearing. Not only did I not know about the h...earing, he did not subpoena the officer, my eye-witness, me, or did he discover/know the DA already rejected the DUI criminal case six weeks before the hearing. Clearly this was NOT the strategy he spoke about. There was absolutely no affirmative defense put on at the hearing, so DMV suspended my license for four months. Craig defended his "no actions" and would not return all of my money. I've spent four months filing my own appeals to get a new hearing. He earned nothing and should have kept nothing. The trustworthy score is only because... some... of my money was returned.

Worst attorney I ever used

For almost a year did nothing but, agree to continuances. never informed me of what was going and just said dont worry about it. Very hard to get a hold of. i regret ever hiring them. In there ad it says former D.A. I think they think they still work for the other side.
