Initially I was retained on a Negligent Operator suspension issue where client allegedly accumulated 4 DMV points in a twelve month span, all based on out of st ... ate convictions. Upon researching his driving record once retained on this matter, I discovered he also had a second Commercial Driver License suspension (120 days) based on too many "serious infractions". As a commercial driver, driving is his livelihood the only source of income generated for his family. After dealing with a ton of red tape, offices, and supervisors through the California DMV headquarters, as well as driver safety offices and Courts in another state where these alleged infractions occurred, I was ultimately able to remove the "serious infraction" 120 suspension from his record AND get a DMV set aside on the "Negligent Operator" suspension. This allowed my client to begin driving again immediately to earn much needed income for his family.
