Not only was I successful in getting the Restraining Order completely dismissed with prejudice (ie. Petitioner cannot refile to get a restraining order based on alleged issues that occurred prior to this ruling), our defense was so strong that the Judge awarded attorney fee's, meaning that the Petitioner was ordered to reimburse my client for attorney fees paid.
