Gary Fishbein is weak. My ex was represented by Gary, so it's easy to discredit my review, but my ex's subsequent attorney was smart and much more honest. Gary is lazy and clearly very angry. Although he must follow his clients lead to some extent, there were certain actions he could have taken to kn...ow that he was being completely dishonest. We went to court, it was pointed out to him witihn minutes that his motions were so grossly negligent. You don't want your spouse hiring hi m because he's a bully only concerned with fees but a strategist. On the financial side, he lives in the dark ages.
