Ashley David Posner

I've been a client of Ashley Posner for decades and have never found him to be anything other than professional and exceptionally ethical. This profile mentions that he's been disciplined by the state bar, which was unfortunate and unfair. I was his client when the incident that resulted in disciplin...e occurred and believe it was ridiculous. In essence, Mr. Posner saved a client from losing his business by loaning him money to stay in business and realize a business opportunity. The business opportunity was successful, but rather than pay his legal bill or the money loaned, the client filed a complaint with the bar - despicable! The "discipline" in that case validates the saying that "no good deed goes unpunished." I recommend Mr. Posner highly and can attest to not only his skills as a lawyer, but his personal character as a human being.
