If I could give this guy -100 stars I would. It took this attorney 4 years to settle my car accident case where I have lost money never mind gain. I was hit from behind in a car accident which is a no brained slam dunk case. It took this guy one year alone just to serve the defendant. Waskull was a...lso representing my wife in another accident which happened a month after mine so I have a baseline to compare it to. After two years of no communication with waskull my wife said I’m done with this attorney. My wife went to another lawyer and in two weeks got paid $5000 and her accident was nowhere as bad as mine. Waskul said that the reason my wife got a good settlement was because it wasn’t mercury insurance lol!!! Here’s the punch line people out of my $5650 settlement waskull helped himself to $2900. And wants to give me $508!!!! Lol!! Over my dead body!! I have filed a complaint with the bar already on this matter. Everything I have said on here is true and can be backed up by email in case Waskul wants to sue for defamation. I have put this review on here as a beacon so the public will know about my experience. You have been warned!!
