The more you need done, the higher the settlement amount would be.
Also, don't look at it a "selling out."

AME is higher then PQME or PTP. PQME is on equal footing with PTP.
As Ms. Harris stated, a PTP can rebut a PQME.

One of the reasons not to quit is that you might be offered more money at the end of the case if you agree to resign.
