Will the SDI lien be taken out of the workers comp settlement? I did not get a Temp Disability payment from workers comp.

First, if the AME said you are P&S, then you will not be able to get TTD.
Second, if the AME said you became P&S on some day but still got EDD...

If you are claiming a psyche injury and you did not complete the test, why do you think you would not have to finish it?
So, complete the test.
