Todd Lorin Melnik

I hired Todd to have an old juvenile record of mine selaed. Todd immediately looked in to the matter and got back to me within a few hours. He told me that it was usually a 6 month process to have everything sealed and completed. I told him the urgency I was facing and he said he would see what he co...uld do. Over the next 4 weeks Todd worked tirelessly to have my files brought out of the archives so they could be sealed. All while staying in constant contact with me. After using some of his connections at the DA and the juvenile court, Todd was able to have my file sealed 5 months ahead of schedule! Todd is a friendly and easy to talk to lawyer who is truly willing to go above and beyond what is expected for his clients. I would not hesitate to strongly recommend Todd to anyone in need of his expertise.

This guy makes completely false promises especially when he first meets you and will say anything and lie directly to your face to make himself look good and to make you falsely believe he can do anything to make it better for you. He will give you the impression he is GOD. He is extremely expensive... and over priced too! and you don't get your moneys worth or ANYTHING HE HAD PROMISED. He tells you to make a cash deposit into his bank account before he will do anything for you. BEWARE BIG BIG MISTAKE! because doing this you just lost all your money. He'll tell you he is working on your case when in reality he isn't doing a darn thing and if you insist on status updates he will lie to you, give you the runaround or completely ignore you and just never answers you. When he gets tired of you contacting him, you will then see his true self the nasty sarcastic stop bothering me attitude.....pretty unbelievable after you just paid him thousands of dollars! The biggest mistake was having this guy represent you. NEVER EVER AGAIN! If you ask him to do the things he had first promised you before you gave him the money, he will tell you if you want me to do that it will cost you more money.

One of the biggest mistakes I made in was hiring Todd melnik, He might only be good for a traffic lawyer but for a criminal case? I don't think so! Always asks about money before he tells you any news! Doesn't have knowledge about how to work with prosecutors! Wants you to take the first deal th...ey offer! Will lie to you and tell you 7 years in prison is a good deal for (forgery), which my other lawyer got me probation! He would tell me to get him clients, when I would call to find out info about my case! I would NOT recommend Todd Melnik, I'm not saying he's a terrible person, I'm only saying for criminal lawyer, he's not your guy, trust me on this, I lost my money with him and I almost lost a long part of my life! He just doesn't out his heart in it , I've had many lawyers in the past, Todd Melnik is the poorest grade I will give. Thanks
