Navid Joseph Noorparvar

I googled pro-Bono attorneys, since I’m a full time single mom right now and up against a wealthy abusive ex. Even though it turned out Navid doesn’t work pro bono, he still generously and patiently answered all of my questions. He calmed me down and even though he had a trial the next day he genero...usly gave me an hour of his time, which I’m very grateful for! He is professional and knowledgeable. But most importantly compassionate and caring. Though we all need to make a living he isn’t driven by $$$ only, but rather by being of help to parents in difficult situations.

I hired Navid Noorparvar and his partner Ryan McEachern 2 years ago for a difficult custody issue. They were honest with me about the difficulty in winning our case but still had a strategy for maximizing my chances. They were responsive, intelligent, prepared, knowledgeable, and the advocates I need...ed to protect my rights.  They helped me achieve the positive result I desired despite the odds against me. I have worked with them multiple times now and EVERY time we’ve been to court they have achieved positive results and will continue to utilize their services again should the situation arise. They truly care about their clients and their cases. I am truly grateful for their expertise as they have enabled me to protect the most important person in my life, my son.

Navid has done a great job with my case thus far and I look forward to continuing to work with him. He knows how to read the judge, and follows his/her lead as needed, which I believe is one of the best assets available. His sense of humor in combination with his quick thinking is another incredible ...asset. He has been patient but strong against an unreasonable opposing party. He is honest and thorough, and will be brutally honest with you in terms of what to expect and how reasonable or unreasonable you are being in any given situation. He doesn't increase conflict but tries to decrease it. He promotes settlement wherever possible but will absolutely not push you into making bad decisions and will fight vigorously for your choices and for the truth (a.k.a. best interest of your child(ren)) in court as needed.

MNB Law office is a very amazing firm. They are very fair and really have the best interest of the child. They are honest and Navid goes above and beyond for his clients. My case was complex and he did amazing job in court and was able to win justice for my child. The judge in our case really though...t highly of Navid and stated that he never lies in her court room. He is very well prepared and always is ethical. I highly recommend him for anyone dealing with complex custody cases.

This guy rocks. My custody visitation case was a mess. Muddled up by four or five prior attorneys that couldn’t handle the nuances or think on their feet (multi-state issues, one attorney had a heart attack. one had to be fired for sheer incompetence, etc). I actually ended up pro per for one hear...ing. That was an even bigger nightmare. I consulted with one of Navid’s partners a day before a critical hearing and Navid met me at the court house the next morning. Let me tell you, Navid did his homework the night before and it was the first hearing where I actually felt comfortable with my counsel. All subsequent hearings Navid and his partners had all angles covered and we never got caught off guard. While custody cases are really not over until the children become adults, my case could not be resolved any better then it has at this point. God bless Navid and his partners. They worked extremely hard on my case and always kept me informed and consulted with me on developments. Perhaps because they believed in me and the best interest of my children.
