I represent employees because work shapes dignity, stability, and identity. When an employer abuses power, the harm reaches far beyond a paycheck. I built my practice to step in at that moment and restore balance.

I focus exclusively on plaintiff side employment law in California. My work centers on discrimination, retaliation, harassment, whistleblower claims, wrongful termination, and wage and hour violations. Many of my cases resolve before litigation through strong, well supported demands. When employers refuse to take responsibility, I am prepared to file and litigate aggressively.

Before starting my firm, I saw how often employees felt ignored, confused, or pressured into unfair outcomes. I structured my practice differently. You receive clear explanations, honest assessments, and direct involvement from me at every critical stage. I believe clients deserve transparency, strategy, and respect, not vague promises.

I approach each case with discipline and precision. That means understanding the facts, documenting misconduct, valuing the case realistically, and applying pressure where it matters. My goal is not noise. My goal is results.

Outside the law, I value structure, learning, and building systems that work. Those same principles guide how I run my firm and how I represent clients. Employment law is personal. I take that seriously.
