Milin Chun

Ms. Chun is an associate attorney with the firm’s criminal defense practice, focusing on white collar criminal defense and appellate work. She has represented clients in criminal investigations, including the Hobbs Act, Contraband Cigarette Trafficking Act, False Claims Act, securities fraud, money laundering, wire fraud, and tax evasion. Ms. Chun has previously represented a CEO of a major defense firm and executive director of a large non-profit organization in Washington DC.

Since joining Murphy, Falcon & Murphy, Ms. Chun has participated in numerous high-profile state and federal trials in Baltimore and throughout the country. In addition to her trial work, Ms. Chun has been responsible for writing numerous successful appellate briefs in both Maryland’s highest court and the Fourth Circuit.

Ms. Chun was recently appointed to serve on the Diversity Task Force for the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the nation’s leading organization devoted to ensuring a just legal process for all criminal cases. She is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of California, District of Columbia, Maryland, and the Fourth Circuit.
