Marshall F. Goldberg, founder and managing partner of Glass & Goldberg, is a nationally recognized expert in commercial finance law, with an emphasis on secured and unsecured transactions, equipment leasing, creditor rights, and real estate including litigation, documentation, transactional and bankruptcy matters.
