Jonathan James Kissel

I used Jonathan for a 2005 case. I had to pay his fee and put money in a trust to ensure victims were compensated if I lost. I fought this thing for three years, and one day he calls me to say it was over, it was done and going away. We go to court, I hear all of this legal speak, I hear the judge sa...y charges dropped, case dismissed and expunged, etc. The money I put in the trust was returned and I thought all was well. In September of 2024 I run an FBI background report. To say what I found was stunning is an understatement. On the FBI report there is this very case, with all charges dropped, except for three, serious charges, which he pleaded to without my knowledge or approval to get the rest dismissed. I fought this for three years and thought I was vindicated. Now I'm going back to the court to try and get this cleaned up and resolved once and for all.
