I have been practicinng law for for more than 34 years now.  It is my goal to provide excellent legal services at competitive rates to businesses of all sizes.  In doing so I strive to provide a personal approach in helping businesses deal with legal issues that affect their business such: entity formation (i.e. corporations, LLCs, limited partnerships), contracts, leases, commercial disputes, real property, corporate law, partnerships, employment law and trademarks.  My experience covers not only transactional matters (i.e. drafting of contracts, documents, etc.) but litigation in these areas as well.  I believe that by handling both litigation and transactional matters my experience has provided me with valuable insight into any type of a situation that a business may encounter.  My usual procedure with existing clients is to emphasize means to avoid disputes and/or litigation by taking precautionary procedures, as I have found them to be more cost effective.  However, when litigation cannot be avoided, my office is prepared and experienced enough to assist my clients in bringing about a speedy and successful result.

Clients are regularly advised of the status of their matters by our office as they are always provided with copies of documents.  Itemized billing statements are also provided.

I am also very active in the community.  I have served as legal counsel for the Devonshire Division of PALS (Police Activity League Supporters) for the last several years, while previously serving on the Board of Directors of the Chatsworth Chamber of Commerce.  I am also a past president of the Northridge Chamber of Commerce and a past president of my local Optimist Club (a service organization) in which I am still active.  Lastly, I am also quite active in my church, serving on various committees and leadership positions, including previously serving on the board of a camp and conference center supported by my church.
