Horrible lazy and super unprofessional!!! Destroyed my case!

She is only demand money! Destroyed our asylum case. She doesn’t know nothing about it. Terrible “professional”.

I appreciate you sharing your concerns, as clear communication is vital in our attorney-client relationship. I want to assure you that I have always acted in your best interests and in accordance with my professional ethical obligations. As I emphasized throughout our preparation, honesty and consistency in testimony are crucial to the success of any case. The discrepancy between your written declaration and your testimony under oath has indeed created complications that were beyond my control. As your legal counsel, my role is to present your case based on the facts you provide, not to determine those facts. I did everything in my power to get your case approved. In cases like yours honesty is very crucial and I always beg my client not to lie. When Judge asks someone’s religion that person needs to be honest. When some one lies under oath and he is on the stand, no one can help him and that has nothing to do with my professionalism. I always tell people I won’t lie for anyone because my professionalism, integrity, and veracity are at issue. I understand your frustration, but I must respectfully disagree with your characterization of my efforts and professionalism. I prepared your case diligently and advocated zealously on your behalf within the bounds of legal ethics. What you said on the stand doesn't reflect on my character, but it does on yours!

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
