I was charged with an alleged sex crime which under law , would’ve required registering as a sex offender before Nazarian I previously hired a different attorney who was not making any progress on my case so then I hired Ms Nazarian , when I hired the Attorney she immediately begin highlighting the ...discrepancies in the DA’s case , found many inaccuracies in the alleged Victim statements within the Police report , Attorney began expressing the inaccurate statements and began negotiating with the D.A First reaching out to the D.A supervisor in which The D.A office refused to waiver on their offer to me wanting me to register as a sex offender but since I was innocent of the allegation , this is something i could not agree too, the offer from the DA was 180 days in jail , sex registration, Classes and community service and again because I was not guilty and own a business with employees who rely on me , this was something I could not agree too, My Attorney continue negotiating with the DA who would not budge on their offer , so at this point I believed the negotiations were in effective so Ms Nazarian Begin to gather evidence in preparation for trial . We were ready to go and set for trial however on the day prior the trial , the DA subsequently delivered a new offer of 1 year probation . I agreed to this because it was a satisfactory outcome I could except , I accredit the great offer to Ms Nazarian tough negotiations and strategy . She’s a great attorney and I’m very appreciative of her hard work on my case .
