As an employment attorney for close to 25 years, I see how increasingly difficult it is for small businesses to stay informed and remain compliant with the various and numerous state and federal laws regardign their personnel concerns and employment law matters.  It is my goal to work closely with my clients on their compliance issues so that they can reduce and/or avoid potential liability.

The wage and hour cases in California can just cripple a business and by spending just a little bit of time undertaking an audit to ensure that all employees are properly classified, are taking their meals and breaks, being paid overtime and maintaining proper time records, a company can prevent a lawsuit from occuring or at the least reduce potential exposure to such claims.

I enjoy working with my clients, getting to know their business operations and helping my clients feel secure in knowing that their employment law matters are being handled.
