Cathryn G. Fund

Cathryn is an attorney at JML Law, A Professional Law Corporation. Located in Woodland Hills, California, she divides her practice between employment law matters, personal injury and wrongful death litigation. Admitted to practice before all California state courts, Ms. Fund is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

In her employment law practice, Ms. Fund only represents former, current and prospective employees. Many of her cases involve violations of federal and state discrimination laws, including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the California Fair Employment and Housing Act, and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act. Ms. Fund's experience in this area also includes sexual harassment claims, wage and hour violations arising under the Fair Labor Standards Act, wrongful termination and other forms of retaliation, and disputes under the California Family Rights Act and the Family and Medical Leave Act. Ms. Fund's personal injury and wrongful death practice encompasses the representation of people who have suffered catastrophic harm due to the negligence of other persons or entities in motor vehicle crashes and other incidents.

Raised in upstate New York, Ms. Fund pursued her undergraduate education at Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in sociology and legal studies in 2006. She subsequently went on to attend New England Law | Boston, and while she was there, she made the Dean's List each year and received the New England School of Law Service Award before being awarded her Juris Doctor in 2013. Ms. Fund has been with her current firm since 2015.
