"Unlike so many other attorney who specialize in personal injury matters, Marc Levine prepares his cases as if the cases are going to trial, and then proceeds to trial if the defendant's final settlement offers are too low. Recently, Marc proceeded to trial in San Bernardino on behalf of a woman who slipped and fell at a hospital. The offer was a "waiver of costs" (essentially nothing) and Marc proceeded to trial and spent several days in trial to obtain a $30,000 verdict for the client. Many lawyers would have caved in as the up side was not great, but as a diligent and dedicated advocate for the women with the claim, Marc proceeded to a jury trial with expert witnesses. A close friend of mine was the trial attorney for the hospital such that I can vouch for the particulars. Accident victims will do well with a committed attorney like Marc Levine."
